Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Safe Dreams Designs offer its customers a no hassle return policy to all approved returns. Returns must be approved by a customer care agent and have an assigned RMA number to be issued for the return. In the case that an item is damaged or defective, a replacement will be issued and a prepaid return address label will be issued for the return of the damaged/defective product. All unapproved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Safe Dreams Designs does offer a satisfaction guaranteed refund policy on all approved refunds. All we ask is that you have a receipt or order id number for the refund process. All refunds will be reviewed through our customer care team and then upon approval the refund will be granted. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds past 60 days of purchase. Please feel free to contact our customer care center for any further questions regarding returns. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
