Shipping Policy

Shipping Within the United States:

Safe Dreams Designs offer its customers a no hassle return policy to all approved returns. Returns must be approved by a customer care agent and have an assigned RMA number to be issued for the return. In the case that an item is damaged or defective, a replacement will be issued and a prepaid return address label will be issued for the return of the damaged/defective product. All unapproved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

We take every measure to insure that your package is shipped in a timely manner and arrives to your front door safe and sound, so we include handling in the shipping cost. Extra packing materials, boxes and labor are used to insure safe package delivery. Upon shipment of your order, we can provide a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (FedEx, UPS) for your shipments.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to provide us a correct address, if given an incorrect address (no apartment number or unit number) by purchaser and product is not return back to seller the purchaser will be responsible for the loss of the product plus shipping and handling cost. Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.

International Orders:

We ship to all parts of the globe. International shipping fees vary by carrier and country.
